Light Bulb Replacement
If tenants are in need of replacement light bulbs, please have the authorized tenant representative inform the Management Office via our Aware work order system. A work ticket will be issued and an on-site building engineer will be dispatched. The tenant will be responsible for supplying all non-building standard bulbs and ballasts. If the materials are purchased by the Management Office, the tenant will be charged through the tenant work order system on a monthly basis. If you have any questions regarding these charges, please contact the Management Office.
